RETURN POLICY

All returns and exchanges will be processed starting on Saturday, June 12th at the VOUS Expo. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

RETURNS

An order number is required at the time of return, as it serves as your proof of purchase and allows us to quickly locate your order.

If your item was purchased with a credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please have the card available at the time of your return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be processed based on item availability at the time of the request. Quantities are limited.
